Iridium ships with one cluster on Agency and 5 clusters on Enterprise. Agency and Enterprise can purchase additional clusters at $39/month each — a cluster connected mid-month is not billed until the next cycle.
You pay per active member per month. Client-portal users and signed-preview viewers are always free. When every purchased seat is in use, adding another team member prompts a seat purchase prorated to the days left in the month; the seat then renews with your plan at the normal rate.
Billing runs on calendar months: on the 1st we issue an invoice for your seats and any additional clusters, due within 14 days. Seats are always prorated — start mid-month and your first invoice covers only the remaining days; clusters connected mid-month aren’t billed until the next cycle. You can pay each invoice by card from your Billing page, or opt in to auto-pay by saving a card — we then charge it automatically when invoices are issued. You can turn auto-pay off at any time.
Yes. Iridium connects to any conformant Kubernetes cluster in your own cloud account — your infrastructure stays yours.
Your trial rolls straight into your plan — nothing is paused and your hosted apps keep running. The first invoice is prorated from the day the trial ends to the end of that month, then full price on the normal cycle. Not continuing? Just tell us before the trial ends.
